Great Effects Mod for Low-End PCs

Although I endorsed this to Low End PC users, that doesn't mean high-end PC users shouldn't use it either.

Features

-New colors of some effects. Fire doesn't look bad if you suddenly get an fps influx or otherwise.
-Moon is just the right size and color. Also, it has ok resolution if you have a low end PC.
-Water is just the right color in places. Example, if you are in the docks, the water is dirty, etc, so it's colored brown. But it's blue in the open seas and beaches.
-New target texture. Not made by me, also I don't know who made it. I don't remember. Sorry, creator.
-Crater explosion texture. Please set the graphics in the advanced settings to medium-very high. This texture kinda has a minor bug if you use a helicopter. Nothing gamebreaking :)
-New skid textures!!!!!! Okay, I admit, it's nothing to be excited about.
-New headlight textures fixed by me. I don't remember who made it originally, but he only made one light texture for cars, and this makes the car produce the light from it's radiator, not the headlights.
-New Clouds texture. Totally different from other cloud texture mods.

Credits especially to Function-X and Me :)

ENB for Low End PCs

This ENB here is great for average (or outdated) rigs, but it's also good for Low End PCs if you want ENB series for your laptop or weak PC.

Grassy Desert Mod

Okay, it's finally here (download link at the bottom)
GRASSY DESERT MOD 0.5b

***Feeling a bit dry underneath? Not feeling confident? Try the new whisper with wings. An alternative to adult diapers.***

This mod freshens up the Desert area and replaces it with new textures like grass, dirt tracks, and other cool stuff. Some of the fences are made of bamboo, and also, some are bugged, but don't worry. Just file a complaint in my email, and my dog will eat it. Just kidding, PM me on FB (if you're a friend of mine) or at (blog) "radioactivemods.blogspot.com" or (email) "radioactivehax14@gmail.com". This mod was started at November 24, 2014 and I ended adding stuff to it at november 26, so as you can see, it was done in a really short span of time. Give me a little break, then if you find a new bug, I will update it

Look up Grassy Desert Installer SAMI file and follow instructions on automatic installation. You would probably need San Andreas Mod Installer to use this. Alternatively, you could also manually installing it by:

-Tediously replacing each .txd file inside the gta3.img archive.
or
-Deleting all named .txd files inside gta3.img and adding the .txd files in my mod in that archive.

Anyway, I suggest you use the automatic installer cause it creates an automatic uninstaller in case you wanna uninstall this mod (WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT BROSKILLET)

Ok guys I have returned to the modding business with great results. I will upload my lush desert mod. It makes the desert look great and grassy and just overall not desert-y. It's great and I will post more mods soon.

Wednesday 27 August 2014

Ok, I quit modding GTA SA for now. I kind of deleted my mod folder by accident. It contained hundreds of mods made by me and some were total conversions, rare animations (I made inspired by skyrim which I couldn't find in the internet), textures and other stuff but I couldn't find the time to upload them. It's annoying but I don't know what to do about it. Might as well move on.

I might as well write a story about Skyrim I'm working on. Updates won't be too much because I have a lot of things to do and I am in so much stress it hurts. Alright, that's it for now.

Introduction

I shall keep it short cause I'm really new to this modding business. I make simple mods for GTA SA. Mostly edits from the default game  (textures, data files, effect mods, etc.) and sometimes I mod, other people's mods. But don't fret yet. I will certainly give credits, if you're wondering about that. I will make animation mods from time to time but don't expect it to be really polished. I cannot (yet) rig models, so if you're looking for that, best if you look somewhere else. And last, I don't make mods that will give advantage to you or others for SA-MP. I actually make these mods for SA-MP 'consumption" (I know, it's a weird word), so, if you're interested about SA-MP or if you don't like cheating, then this is your place. Warning though; I can't assure that you will not be banned in servers if you use my mods. Some admins are such bitches.

Ok, that is all, thank you.

Simple Mod release: x10 draw distance timecyc (default)

Ok, I've never done this before, but you never really know until you've tried... Right? RIGHT!? Oh, right I don't have subscribers yet. Ok, on with the content

Tired of timecyc mods claiming to enhance x10 draw distance but looks different in-game? Fear no more, my friend. This timecyc only changes the LOD distance and none other. No need to fear unrealistically blue skies, no more purple street lights, no more opaque clouds at high altitudes. This is default goodness... save for the draw distance.
